This item is being used on a 2003 Honda XR50. It is not a direct bolt on, but with a little carving of the under part of the seat the reservoir shock fit like a glove. No other mods are needed to install this on to a stock swingarm and frame. It rides very well with my 8 year old at 60lbs and a 36 year old at 210lbs. No bottoming out and plenty of adjustability for a young rider.
