I am 50 years old and had a hysterectomy six years ago. I have been suffering with hot flashes for about the last year and a half. They would wake me up sometimes 2,3, even 4 times a night.I saw this product on a TikTok and decided to give it a try. I am so thankful that I went ahead and tried it. After the first three days, I stopped having hot flashes I follow the directions of using a small amount and alternating the location each evening. I have not been applying it in the morning as well at this point. I may start if I feel like I need it but for right now my hot flashes have stopped and I am feeling great. After using it for three weeks, I took one week off as suggested in the Tiktok video. By the end of that week, I did start noticing the hot flashes coming back, but when I started back on it, they went away again immediately.There is an earthy scent to the cream. I noticed that there were a lot of negative reviews about the smell. It didn’t really bother me. I kind of like the scent. Even if it did not smell good, I would still use this just because the benefits are worth it I am getting much better night sleep since using this cream.I highly recommend giving it a try.
