if i could give zero stars i would. my gf ordered my favorite perfume through this company as a Christmas gift for me. she was told it would be here by a certain date but then was never given anymore updates on the shipment or anything. it didnt show up before christmas so we reached out to the seller for an update. they gave us the run around about it so we requested a refund since they didn’t seem worried about where the package may be or if it was ever even dropped off to the post office. after going back and forth for a few more days they finally updated the tracking to “lost” and refunded our money. weeks later i get a notification saying the package was delivered late and that we would be recharged for it within a few days unless we return it. but the package never showed up. so i reached out to Walmart to make sure i wouldnt be chatged for something i never received. i was assured i would not be charged. 2 days later i was charged. i reached out again to Walmart and was assured that i would have a refund within 48 hours. the refund never came. i reached out to the seller who of course couldnt care less just like the last time i spoke with them. walmart continues to tell me theres nothing they can do because the seller has to fix the issue and the seller continues to tell me that they are just a “third party seller” and that i need to take it up with Walmart. i finally just filed a dispute with our bank to get the refund because dealing with these careless people is exhausting. at the very least they should have shipped a new package after admitting it was lost before. this whole situation screams SCAM. the cheaper price is what made us take a chance with them to begin with but trust me when i say paying a little more at a reputable place for it is definitely the better route to go. being given the run around to save a little money has not been worth it especially now that they have stolen money from us. save yourself the hassle and stress and DONT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.
