I placed my order on Jan. 18th and received it on Jan. 23rd. The warms were sluggish for a while because of being in the cold. I opened them the next day and could see some dead ones and some that had pupated. On the 25th I dumped them out to remove the dead and pupated ones and count the remainder. here were 13 dead ones and 5 pupated ones. I counted the live ones and came have 219. The total doesn’t come to 250 so there is no overage to help with lost worms. The total in all was only 237 worms. The other thing is that there were quite a few small worms. They would be too small to fish with. I just noticed that there was to be 10% extra to cover any that were lost. I obviously did not get the extra’s.
